A candidate should possess an undergraduate
degree or equivalent prior learning assessment. You should also have at least three years work experience. And if you are a US citizen, a valid State Driver's License is required for
authentication purposes. If you are an International applicant, you must possess a valid passport issued from your
homeland.
As a CEFE Fellow you would be asked to engage in community service or volunteer
work and you should easily demonstrate a desire to bring character and ethics training into your community and workplace
and/or entrepreneurial development into the environments you serve.
Fellows who are not already trainers in ethics and character
development nor possess an understanding of the leadership skills that drive entrepreneurs to succeed will have the opportunity
to become certified to undertake and deliver such training anywhere in the world.

Dedicated to furthering individual
and institutional education in leadership and entrepreneurial development skills to further the economic development of communities
and organizations seeking to ignite the entrepreneurial spark within their environment.
